I’M ALL IN! is an interactive personal growth workshop designed to give practical tools to ladies who want to live wholeheartedly. Using the Daring Way curriculum developed by Dr. Brene’ Brown, you will learn how to identify negative self-talk and devise strategies for combatting it. You will also learn to go against the system and find time to have fun with the new slot sites no wagering. You will assess how your choices may or may not be supporting your values and beliefs and what you can do about it. You will learn to identify ineffective coping strategies and explore healthier options.
